The service department manager was very accommodating, even though they don't usually work on motorhomes.
The Cloquet location is wonderful. These guys are friendly and really helpful. I needed service at the trailer on my property. Steve came out and was awesome. He treated me very well and went over the problems with me. Any time I have called or have gone to their store, I have gotten answers. Thank you!

Brought my camper in to have a broken window replacement. Service manager tried to charge $125 just for the estimate. My insurance company shot that down. In the end the estimate was wrong and didnt include simple things like the shipping costs of the replacement parts. Service manager asked me to measure the window needing replacement. I measured the glass. Later when they ordered the replacement it was the wrong size. I contacted manufacturer and they said service shop should have measured everything to make sure it was correct. Service manager ended up trying to make me pay for both windows. He accused me of being "too lazy to even measure the window". Service manager was completely unprofessional, has absolutely no customer service skills at all, and tried to blame me for everything. After I paid the bill and went out to hook up my camper he came out and continued to yell at me saying he got yelled at by his boss. I won't EVER be a customer there again. I don't recommend ANYONE be a customer there!!

Was going to buy a brand new trailer, salesperson was going to have it transferred in and call me, never happened. Called back twice with no response, went elsewhere. Owner was very friendly and helpful after the fact, but I had already bought a used RV elsewhere. Was likely an isolated incident. i'd give them another shot
