David Jones was my sales person, I have been in the AT&T store in Cloquet, Mn. Many times and David is Jem!! Compared to other times I've been in the store. I am retired now,but if I was still running a Multimillion company, Toyota Motor Inc. He would be working for me the time I left the store. Excellent Service, Respectful Man. The workers are slow... sloth slow... I have seen more life at a funeral.
They lie to trick you into plan changes, signing contracts for new services and purchases for the commission. Once confronted they continue to lie about how they will fix it yet never do. Then too much time will lapse; at which point there is no recourse for the customer. Just deal with AT&T via their customer service number. AT&T employees do not work on commission and as such just want to get everything right the first time.
Either the Cloquet store has a deficiency of services, or the greeter was overwhelmed and unwilling to assist. Either way, he's not going to make a living as a sales person, and Duluth will be getting a Cloquet resident's business.

Very busy, so giving some grace for that. Perhaps it was the particular salesperson, but he responded to my request for help changing plans and getting back cover for the phone with 'go to the website' and 'we don't have those.'
