Ordered a sectional August 21. When couch was delivered September 7 half the sectional was wrong fabric. Apparently it was someone else's half couch! My other half of the sectional got delivered to another store in Minnesota. Kept calling both Cloquet store and Duluth store to find out the status of when I'd be getting the other half of my couch and they said they were working on it. Been a total run-around! It's been almost a month now and I still don't have the other half of my couch! Horrible customer service! Wanted to buy local, should've bought elsewhere!
Well...the man working there which I believe is the owner...was kind of rude. He wears a blue tooth head set and if you ask him a question about a piece of furniture he starts with his answer and turns away mid sentence and starts talking to whoever was on the other line. Then come back. I was interested in a loveseat...to which he replied it will be a day or two to get it from his warehouse. Which calls for another drive of 100 miles for me to pick it up. I asked if he could knock off a few bucks..and he said not at all. As if he was making 50 cents on the sale. It was a $1000 love seat. I thought about it and he returned to behind the counter to his blue tooth conversation. I said "thank you...I'm going to think about it" He said nothing. So I left. Prices there are great on some things...others are very high. In all fairness...the lady who worked there the day before...was much nicer, very polite, as told to me be a very reliable person. I wouldn't say stay away. I just don't tolerate rudeness well.
