Funny thing is, we switched to State Farm and we more than met their "standards" and received far better insurance and lower premiums on both vehicles and our house.
I had this insurance for 2+ years and my rate kept going up, even though I had no claims and no tickets. I had emailed them 3 different times and never received a reply. Why publish an email address and never use it? I left them.

To the point where I have been told multiple times that "I'll check on that and get back to you." Guess what... NEVER a returned call. Long story short, they threatened to cancel our insurance and said our house doesn't meet American Family's "standards".
