Guy at front desk at check-in was overwhelmed. Parking lot needs more lights and to be resurfaced. Only stairs, needs an elevator. Bed hurt our backs, but the room was otherwise pretty good.

My family has stayed here multiple times, and we keep coming back! The staff is SO friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are always clean. The pool area is very nice, and the breakfast is always delicious. They are absolutely amazing and I recommend them to everyone I know going to the Duluth area!!
I was here to visit family in from out of town. The rooms were clean, the staff was really nice, the pool area was well kept and the grounds were clean. Not a place for a getaway but definitely a nice place to stay overnight.
We've had reasonably good experiences at this hotel. The staff is always kind and accommodating and the breakfast is pretty great. The biggest downside is the quality of the bedding. The pillows are a little flat and the beds can be slightly uncomfortable. The rooms are also far warmer than the rest of the building, which I'm sure is fine for most folks, but we like it a little cooler.
