I got my wonderful cat at this shelter, and it was an easy process with friendly people. However they only let you go in one room of animals per day (for the understandable reason that they don't want to spread illness). However that is badly communicated. We drove a half hour to go to the shelter, go in a room, look at one cat that was hiding, and only when we were about to go into another room were we told of their one room per day policy. I thought it was a little weird and was embarrassed that it was shouted at me from the desk. They should have better signage for this policy and should communicate it to you as soon as you come in.
