Terrible service. Restaurant isn't even busy and it took over 10 minutes from getting our menus to ordering food. Got our appetizer and my sister was still finishing and server came and took it right off the table. Gave me a crusty dirty side plate. Just overall not happy with the whole experience from start to finish, not to mention our food looked as if it sat under a warming light for a long time. Waitress was very non attentive for there only being 2 tables including us in her section.
so again.. just avoid..

They horded the people on one side of the building like cattle.. maybe as attempt of less walking..
Took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were at the table. At least 10 servers walked past us completely ignoring our table. I had to ask the host if he sat us in a section with no server. Still took another 5 minutes to get anyone to our table. Every single thing we ordered was over cooked! This was my absolute LAST time ever trying this establishment. PS silverware and glasses looked as though they hadn't been washed. Didn't even want to do desert to celebrate my daughters birthday.
Ribs sucked).. frozen low quality.. water was ok.. wings where great.. hour later got super sick.
If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen it. We are staying in a local hotel and attempted to go there tonight. It was oddly busy for 9:30 pm. We stood there for roughly 10 minutes before a hostess even greeted us. Once greeted, we were told it would be a 25 minute wait. There were plenty of empty tables... Very annoyed. Went elsewhere and received great service, great food and no wait!
Great service and fairly good food for the price
☆ also they give you these tacky electronic table things that you dont use.. just spew advertising and take away from place.
Not eating here ever again.. not worth the two for 25 special.. you can get 10x better food 3 miles down the road at black bear buffet and as much as you want!
